We are looking for a professional, outgoing and organised individual to join our front-desk team.
Your job will consist of dealing with client requests, selling I.T related repair services whilst handling telephone calls and offering the customer a fantastic overall experience!
Requirements for the role:
- Customer handling experience is a requirement.
- An excellent level of English.
- You are to be residing in Malta already. Applicants not currently in Malta or Gozo will not be considered.
What will help you:
- IT Support experience.
- Any other language, preferably Maltese and/or Italian.
- Sales experience.
The day-to-day work is very interesting, though challenging and fast paced. You will be expected to be hardworking and delivery focused as per our company ethos. Working hours are 0930-1830Hrs (1hr break) and Saturday from 0900-1300Hrs
Wage structure is favourable for this position and commensurate to experience and credentials.
